Hello and welcome!

I’m an artist and educator based on the north coast of New South Wales, with a creative practice that spans printmaking, drawing, painting, sculpture and installation.  I’m also really interested in how artists collaborate, and I’ve participated in a number of cross-disciplinary projects with other people, including setting up the international artists book collective, BookArtObject, in 2009.

My creative practice is rooted in printmaking.  I use different printmaking techniques, drawing, painting, cutting and engraving on paper, wood and slate to explore ambiguous meanings and how memories change over time.  I’m a bit obsessed with mental and physical maps, and that peculiar point when something new tips over into familiarity.

My work is held in a number of state and private collections in Australia and overseas, I have been commissioned by the Print Council of Australia, I was a 2019 finalist in the National Still Life Award and I am currently a finalist in the 2022 Libris Artist Book Awards.
